Chelsea still in for Alex Sandro?

Antonio Conte’s Chelsea have not given up on a deal for Juventus left-back Alex Sandro, according to the Evening Standard.

The London-based newspaper claims Chelsea are relying on Alex Sandro to hand in a transfer request so that Juve would be forced into a sale.

Furthermore, the Brazilian has yet to accept the Bianconeri’s offer of an improved contract, which would still be below the Blues’ proposal of “in excess of £100,000 a week”.
