Chelsea ready to offer Kepa to Inter for Onana

Chelsea will reportedly meet with Inter this week to discuss a deal for Andre Onana and they’re willing to include Kepa Arrizabalaga in a possible deal.

The 27-year-old Cameroonian shot stopper has done well with the Nerazzurri since joining on a free transfer last summer and has been increasingly linked with a move to the Blues in the last few months.

Onana has kept 15 clean sheets in 33 appearances across all competitions this season and been one of Inter’s top performers, attracting the attention of clubs across the continent.

As detailed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea are ready to meet with Inter this week – possibly before their Coppa Italia semi-final clash with Juventus – to discuss Onana and plan out a possible deal.

The Nerazzurri want around €40m for the Cameroonian shot stopper. Chelsea, however, are also willing to send Kepa to north Italy in exchange, an idea that could prove intriguing.

Inter are also monitoring a number of other goalkeepers ahead of the summer transfer window, including Empoli’s Guglielmo Vicario.
