Champions League: Inter vs. Milan – probable line-ups

Edin Dzeko returns to Inter‘s starting XI and Rafael Leao is expected to start for Milan in the Champions League semifinal second leg at San Siro tonight.

It kicks off at 20:00 GMT+1. The Nerazzurri secured a 2-0 victory in the first leg last week.

Simone Inzaghi will use the same line-up as last week with Romelu Lukaku initially on the bench, Lautaro Martinez and Edin Dzeko up front.

Milan Skriniar is the only player unavailable for the Nerazzurri.

Inter won three Milan derbies this season and the only time they’ve beaten the Rossoneri four times in one campaign was in 1973-74.

Milan star Leao returns to the starting XI after missing the first leg due to an adductor problem, Malick Thiaw is likely to start at centre-back in place of Simon Kjaer and Alexis Saelemaekers is favourite over Junior Messias on the right wing.

Ismael Bennacer is injured while Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Aster Vranckx, Yacine Adli, Sergino Dest, Ciprian Tatarusanu and Tiemoue Bakayoko are not in the Champions League list.

Milan didn’t score in the last three games against Inter and have never gone four games in a row without finding the net against their city rivals.
