Barbara Berlusconi reveals “there hasn’t been such a positive atmosphere in a long time” at Milan.

The joint CEO spoke to news agency ANSA after Coach Pippo Inzaghi began with two wins out of two in Serie A.

“There hasn’t been such a positive atmosphere in a long time, both at Milanello and within the club. I found the desire to do well, enthusiasm and shared goals.

“Inzaghi is a great motivator and he creates enthusiasm around him. Everyone is happy with his work.

“On top of that, a special rapport has been created between my father and the Coach. They speak often and have a continual exchange of ideas,” continued the daughter of President Silvio Berlusconi.

“My father has also returned to Milan with rediscovered passion and effort. This is good news.”

Silvio Berlusconi had become increasingly distant from the club in recent years due to his political career and legal issues.

He also seemed to have a frosty rapport with Massimiliano Allegri and successor Clarence Seedorf.

Berlusconi intends to fly in with his helicopter every Friday before a game to motivate the squad.
