Bans for five Serie A players

There are five Serie A players given a one-match ban for this weekend, including Jakub Jankto and Cheick Diabate.

The Disciplinary Commission named its findings and handed out a series of one-game suspensions.

Fiorentina midfielder Bryan Dabo and Benevento striker Diabate were sent off and both receive one-match bans.

Claud Adjapong of Sassuolo, Torino’s Cristian Ansaldi and Udinese midfielder Jankto are also suspended.

Benevento were fined €3,000 for a member of staff on the touchline who was actively slowing down play in their 1-0 win over Milan by holding on to the ball.

SPAL were fined €2,000 for their fans making insulting chants towards the referee.
