Atalanta done deals: Boga to Nice, Toure from Almeria

Atalanta are very busy this evening, finalising the sale of Jeremie Boga to OGC Nice and immediately reinvesting that to beat Everton to Almeria striker El Bilal Toure.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia, Calciomercato.com and more, the two deals are practically complete and could be signed within 24 hours.

That also suggests they are related, which is bad news for Manchester United, as it means Rasmus Hojlund is an entirely separate issue.

Atalanta had turned down the initial Nice offer for Boga, but that was increased to €18m plus €2m in bonuses and that was accepted this evening.

At the same time, the same sources maintain La Dea are reinvesting that in securing Almeria striker Toure.

There is a release clause in his contract set at €40m, but the offer is likely to be considerably lower than that, with Sky Sport Italia pointing to €30m including bonuses.

The 21-year-old Mali international only joined Almeria from Stade Reims a year ago for €8m and scored seven goals in 21 LaLiga games.
