"It will be an abnormal day, but we want to do well in front of our own fans. I think it is important to impress in this game too."
The tactician is also looking for a win to help with the midweek disappointment of losing the Coppa Italia semi-final to Palermo.
"I'm still annoyed by it as I really wanted to reach the Final," he added. "Nevertheless, it is important to celebrate a Scudetto which we deservedly won.
"I think it has been a few years since the title was settled two or three games before the end of the season and that is something to be proud of."
Milan will be without defender Alessandro Nesta, but Pippo Inzaghi could feature after recovering from his knee injury earlier in the campaign.
"Inzaghi completed the whole training session today for the first time and I hope he continues to improve next week. The important thing is that he has returned.
"It'd be nice if I could allow everyone to play against Cagliari, but I'll pick the strongest side. Nesta is out, but I'll have to evaluate my other decisions."
Turning to the transfer market, Allegri was quizzed on the Spanish rumours suggesting that Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Kaka could swap clubs this summer.
"I know nothing about these things," he maintained. "They are just the classic end of season rumours.
"As for the contract extensions for those players whose deals are coming to an end, we haven't discussed it yet.
"I'll have a meeting with the club next week where I will offer my opinion and the club will tell me what they think – we'll then reach an agreement.
"I'm certain that the club will offer me a competitive squad as they have done this term."
