After Origi, Milan look to free agent Januzaj

After Divock Origi of Liverpool, Milan are now reportedly in talks to sign Adnan Januzaj as a free agent this summer as well.

There are multiple reports in Italy and England that Milan are close to agreeing personal terms with Origi, whose contract with Liverpool is due to expire on June 30.

Now Sportitalia transfer reporter Rudy Galetti suggests another cut-price forward could be about to join the squad to bolster their ranks.

Januzaj will be a free agent at the end of the season, as his contract with Real Sociedad is running down.

His versatility is a useful asset, able to play on the right, left or in the hole behind the main striker.

Having just turned 27, he is still relatively young, but with experience at Manchester United, Sunderland and Borussia Dortmund.

Januzaj only contributed four goals and three assists in 36 competitive games for Real Sociedad this term.

According to this report, it was Januzaj and his representatives who approached Milan rather than the other way around.

He has also been linked with Napoli as a replacement for out-going Lorenzo Insigne.
