Zappacosta plus cash for Vecino

Mediaset Premium claim Inter want Davide Zappacosta plus cash if they are to sell Matias Vecino to Chelsea.

The Uruguay international midfielder and the full-back are both working with the same agent, Alessandro Lucci, and he is expected in London next week.

It wouldn’t be a straight swap, as the Nerazzurri rate Vecino as more valuable than former Torino full-back Zappacosta.

The 26-year-old Italian has struggled to settle at Stamford Bridge since his €25m transfer a year ago, contributing two goals and two assists in 38 competitive games.

As for Vecino, he turns 27 in August and only joined from Fiorentina for €24m last summer.

He scored three goals with three assists in 31 Serie A appearances, including the late winner against Lazio that put Inter in the Champions League.
