“It’s true, Roma are very interested in Zabaleta and it is an interest that has been going for quite a while,” agent Federico Pastorello told Corrieregiallorosso.com.
“We’ll see what happens over the next few weeks, but his move to Italy is possible.”
As the Argentine will be out of contract in June 2017, City could release him on a paid loan or terminate his deal early.
