Verona director Sean Sogliano confirms Romulo’s transfer to Juventus is “practically done.”

It had already been reported a deal was struck to take the winger on loan with option to buy for a total €7m.

“There will be more meetings with Juventus at the start of next week,” director of sport Sogliano told Sky Sport Italia.

“The negotiations are at an advanced stage and there’s a very good chance of this move being completed.

“It should be a possible process. We’ve got to wait a little while, but it’s practically done. A loan? No, that's not the system we are discussing.”

It is believed Romulo will be presented as a new Juventus player on Tuesday.

Sogliano also commented on reports Frederik Sorensen would join Verona as part of the exchange.

“We could be interested in Sorensen, but this particular negotiation process does not involve him.”
