There are also variations in the games coming up in Week 27, where Torino-Udinese will now be on Saturday March 7 at 14.00 GMT rather than Monday March 9.
It is replaced in the Monday evening slot on March 9 by Lecce-Milan.
In Week 28, Brescia-Genoa is now on Saturday March 14 at 14.00 GMT.
Instead, Sassuolo-Verona moves to Sunday March 15 at 14.00 GMT.
The rearranged dates for Atalanta-Sassuolo and Inter-Sampdoria have not yet been confirmed.
