Juventus take on Los Rojiblancos away from home in the Champions League on Tuesday, and after a 0-0 draw in Turin the 27-year-old warned that the game wouldn't be easy.
"The situation is favorable, but tomorrow we expect a very difficult match," El Mudo told Tuttosport. "In Turin we knew it would not be easy to play against a strong team like Juventus.
"That game went one way, however, the philosophy of Sevilla is another: we like to attack. Both teams arrive in good form for the match and it will be a good game.
"As for us, we have to play as we know how to and think about winning. From the Coach to the last player the buzzword is always the same: to win. [Jorge] Sampaoli has a winning mentality, always thinking to attack and never to defend.
"Salvatore Sirigu? He is training very well. At Sevilla the competition is strong, but he knows that he must continue working to be ready."
Thoughts then turned to Bianconeri attacker Paulo Dybala, to whom Vazquez recommended Sevilla before admitting that he himself would like to come back to Italy.
"We see each other often. The last time was for his birthday. I hope he can return soon to play because anyone who loves football wants to see him on the pitch.
"It’s too bad, especially for him, because I'm sure he would like to play against Sevilla. However, now he must think about recovering.
"Will he stay at Juventus? As far as I know he is happy in Turin and, therefore, I believe that this should not change.
"However, he has to decide. I would recommend that he comes to Sevilla. It’s difficult to imagine that Juve would let him go.
"Would I return to Serie A? Yes, I would like to, it’s a beautiful league."
