Coaches’ Association President Renzo Ulivieri is confident Serie A will resume, but ‘June 20 is more realistic than June 13.’
The medical protocol for group training was finally agreed this week and another meeting on May 28 will decide if and when the games will take place.
“I get the feeling Serie A can finally get back on track, as we received encouraging signs on that score,” Ulivieri told Radio Kiss Kiss.

“The hope is that we can get back on the field for June 20. There isn’t much time and I don’t believe the players would get enough training to be ready for June 13, as it’s preferable not to rush things.
“I’d say June 20 is a more realistic date to start the matches than June 13. We’re really very confident now.”
