The agent of Diego Fabbrini has admitted that there is difficulty in finding the Udinese man a new club this month.

The 22-year-old wants to leave the Stadio Friuli outfit in a bid to play more regular first team football.

However, Udinese’s faith in the attacking midfielder’s potential is proving to be a stumbling block to a switch.

“Udinese want to send him out on a straight loan, but the clubs interested want an option to sign him outright in the summer,” Beppe Galli told Sport Italia.

“Udinese now need to reflect on what they want to do.

“There is no one side in pole position for the player at the moment. Whoever wants him has to simply contact the Bianconeri and reach an agreement.

“Diego is an important player who could become a difference maker if he improves certain aspects of his game.”

The former Empoli man has appeared in just seven Serie A ties this term – four from the start.
