Vutov is a 17-year-old forward who already scored two goals in 19 A Grupa games, also providing two assists.
He is a Bulgarian Under-19 international and arrives in Udine on a permanent basis.
The club also announced that Cameroon forward Beleck has returned early from a loan spell in Belgium with RAEC Mons.
