U21: New faces against Belgium

There are six new faces in Italy’s Under-21 side against Belgium, including players at Hoffenheim and Real Madrid.

The newcomers at this level are Brescia goalkeeper Alessio Cragno, Empoli and Juve Stabia defenders Daniele Rugani and Francesco Zampano, plus Palermo midfielder Valerio Verre.

There are also two players who are outside Italy at club level: German-born Hoffenheim midfielder Vincenzo Grifo and Real Madrid Castilla striker Antonio Rozzi (pictured), who joined on loan from Lazio this summer.
