Tudor named Hajduk boss

Former Juventus and Siena man Igor Tudor has been named as the new Coach of Croatian outfit Hajduk Split.

Tudor, only 35, has replaced Miso Krsticevic on the bench and has been appointed until the end of the campaign.

The former defender and midfielder, who retired from the game in 2008 because of a persistent ankle problem, has no previous coaching experience.

Tudor, who won two Scudetti with La Vecchia Signora, becomes the club’s 28th tactician since 2000.
