Perisic had already put in a transfer request in January for a move to Arsenal, but Inter slammed the door on anything under €40m.
The asking price is now believed to be €35m for a summer switch to a club on the other side of London.
However, that is still considered too high for a winger who turned 30 in February.
There have been multiple reports in Italy over recent weeks that both Perisic and Mauro Icardi are on the way out of Inter next season.
