“Toro have found a sense of consistency under Giampiero Ventura and were unlucky to drop some points earlier this season,” said Stramaccioni in his Press conference.

“Now with the return of a few players from injury, Torino are probably the form team in Serie A in terms of legs and enthusiasm.

“We know that we can’t get this wrong. It is a very important game to continue chasing the top places and we will be ready.

“Compared to when we met earlier this season, we are different, have grown and will prove it tomorrow. It’ll be tough, as Torino have a style of football that makes it very difficult for opponents.”

Inter are in fourth place and Strama was asked what his targets were for the campaign.

“The title is not important for me, as we are trying to give our all to get back into the top places. It’s wrong to talk about the Scudetto now, as we must focus on qualifying for the Champions League. This project started over the summer and will take a little time.”

Today is Jose Mourinho’s 50th birthday and Stramaccioni joined the chorus of well-wishers.

“Mourinho is a reference point for the Nerazzurri and will continue to be for the next 100 years,” said the Coach.
