Spurs bid €52m for Cengiz?

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly raised their offer to €52m for Roma forward Cengiz Under.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma have already rejected a €35m bid from Spurs for Cengiz, but the Londoners are ready to come back in with an improved offer.

However, the newspaper warns Chelsea and Arsenal have already sent emissaries to watch the Turkey starlet at the Olimpico, while Bayern Munich are ‘thinking about him as a replacement for Arjen Robben’.
