There was tension during Crotone’s 4-1 home defeat to Pescara this afternoon when Secco collided with teammate Ferrari and was briefly knocked unconscious.
The game was stopped for around seven minutes while the medical staff stabilised the Brazilian goalkeeper and loaded him into the ambulance.
Initial reports suggest his condition is not a cause for concern.
