Malick Thiaw will start his first Serie A game since November, but Olivier Giroud and Christian Pulisic will rest in Milan’s away match at Monza.
It kicks off at 19:45 GMT at the U-Power Stadium.
The hosts are without the injured Patrick Ciurria, Gianluca Caprari, Samuele Vignato and Matija Popovic. Pablo Marì is expected to start in a three-man defence with Andrea Carboni and Armando Izzo favourite over Danilo D’Ambrosio and Luca Caldirola.
Milan loanee Lorenzo Colombo is expected to start in attack alongside Dani Mota and Andrea Colpani.
Milan still have a few players out of action, but Thiaw will start for the first time in three months alongside Matteo Gabbia, leaving Simon Kjaer on the bench.
There will be a few rotations for the Rossoneri who beat Rennes 3-0 in Europa League on Thursday and will play the return leg in France next week.
Olivier Giroud, Christian Pulisic and Tijjani Reijnders will start on the bench, making room for Luka Jovic, Noah Okafor and Ismael Bennacer in the starting XI.
