The Rossoneri had drawn 0-0 with Celta Vigo, winning on penalties, while the Spaniards beat Sassuolo 1-0 in the other 45-minute mini-match of the evening at the Mapei Stadium.
With this result too, Celta Vigo win the traditional pre-season tournament on four points.

It took under 60 seconds for Juventus-owned defender Pol Lirola to trip M’Baye Niang and the French striker got back up to convert the resulting penalty.
Niang was on target again soon after, this time running to slide on to a splendid assist from Suso.
Sassuolo got back into the game with a chaotic finish, as Matteo Politano’s shot was deflected, turning into an accidental assist for Diego Falcinelli’s header.
There were concerns for Milan, as Niang went on a mazy run when he suddenly stopped and clutched the inside top of his thigh. He limped off to make way for Alessandro Matri, who has been heavily linked with a move to Sassuolo.
Diego Lopez had his gloves stung by a fierce long-range strike from Stefano Sensi, but was caught out by a stinging Politano free kick to complete Sassuolo’s comeback.
Jherson Vergara gave away the free kick for the equaliser and the Colombian was absolutely at fault for the third goal, caught horribly in possession in the centre-circle by Marcello Trotta as last man.
Milan CEO Adriano Galliani was stony-faced in the stands as they threw away a 2-0 lead and fans jeered Vergara loudly at his every touch for the rest of the game.
