“I am at Inter and I want to stay here,” he told FCInterNews.it in Qatar after West Ham stories.
“There are rumours, but I won’t listen to any of them. I repeat, I want to stay here. It’s my birthday this week, so I’d like to ask for Champions League qualification and maybe even the Scudetto dream.”
Santon was speaking after a 1-0 friendly defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
“I think it was a fine game against a great side. The tempo wasn’t very high, but that is normal after a week off. We’re back training intensely and more than a proper match I’d call this a useful training session.
“President Erick Thohir said he was happy, but we are only halfway through the season. There are so many more games to play and this was a good test for the return of Serie A action.”
