The midfielder was made available for transfer by the now relegated club and Chievo have done a deal for the Italian.
The Verona outfit have confirmed that the player has moved to the Bentegodi on a loan agreement with an option to buy.
Rigoni was also being linked with a switch to Sampdoria.
