“Me and my family were happy there were many clubs interested in signing me. I chose Roma and I think I made the best decision, because of the development plan, the possibility to train with the first team, I think that will benefit my development,” Reynolds said at a press conference.
“I did speak with the Friedkins, we are from Texas and it could be easier for me to settle than it would be in the other club. I train with the first team every day with top level players. My goal is to work as hard as I can while I am here and I am going to give everything for this club.
“My goal is to make my debut and ultimately win championships, I am super excited to be here and for the opportunity I am getting,” he continued.
“My first impressions were super high, coming from the MLS is good, but when you get to a big club like Roma…it’s crazy to be here. Such a beautiful pitch, with nice facilities, I saw the Olimpico yesterday, it was overwhelming, I am super happy,” he added.
Where does he need to improve?
“I think I am good at attacking, getting forward. One of my strengths is that I am strong, I am fast and a good crosser, I need to work on my defensive abilities and defensive positioning.”
What does he think about Paulo Fonseca’s team?
“I was able to go watch the game yesterday, they always try to dominate the game and keep possession with quick transitions and I think that’s what impressed me the most about the match.”
