Sky Sport Italia reports Nzonzi fractured the fourth phalanx bone in his left foot, as opposed to only dislocating it.
As a result, the France midfielder is unlikely to be fit in time for the match against Entella and could miss Roma’s next Serie A game against Torino on January 19.
