Ravanelli: ‘Calhanoglu decisive for Milan’

Former Italy international Fabrizio Ravanelli has praised Hakan Calhanoglu and believes the forward is ‘fundamental’ for Milan.

The 52-year-old won the Scudetto and the Coppa Italia with both Lazio and Juventus, and helped the Bianconeri win the Champions League in 1995-96.

Ravanelli, capped 22 times by Italy, spoke about Calhanoglu, who’s contract expires in June, and highlighted the Turkey international’s influence at San Siro.

“Calhanoglu is fundamental for Milan,” Ravanelli told SkySport24. “He’s having a great season, he’s able to give both quality and quantity.

“I think he is a decisive player at the Rossoneri."
