Tuttosport reports today that the central defender could be an important figure for the Nerazzurri in the transfer market this summer, helping them achieve one of their targets.
The newspaper writes that Aquile winger Candreva is top of Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio’s list and Ranocchia could be offered as part of a bid, given that the Roman club have appreciated Ranocchia for some time.
However, the outlet also believes it’s possible that the 28-year-old could stay at Samp, either as part of a deal for Roberto Soriano or to lower the price of signing Eder permanently.
Soriano is a long-time target of the San Siro outfit, while Eder arrived in January on a two-year loan with the option to buy for a reported €13m.
