Ranieri: Roma aren’t finished

Claudio Ranieri insists that things will be changed at Roma, but doesn't agree with certain sections of the media claiming that their title race is over.

Roma lost 3-1 to Palermo last Sunday and slipped to seventh place in Serie A, missing the chance to make up ground on Milan and Juventus who drew.

Speaking ahead of this weekend's clash with Chievo, Ranieri said: "This team has fallen on many occasions, but it has always got back up again.

"Now there is Chievo and we must show that we have learnt the lesson of Palermo.

"Tomorrow I expect a big game from the team. The lads are good. They aren't finished. The [ownership] situation isn't creating any problems.

"We have never missed Rosella Sensi's guidance. We know that we must respond on the pitch."
