Matteo Politano believes he has joined “one of Europe's biggest clubs” after completing his move to Inter.
The forward officially completed his move at the weekend, and today he was presented to the fans and media, having chosen the Number 16 shirt.
“There was a lot of excitement when I first heard I was coming here, it was indescribable,” Politano said.
“It was one of the most beautiful days of my life, whenever I came to Milan with Sassuolo it made you timid, San Siro has quite an effect on you.

“My objective was to continue on my path of growth and I’ve come to one of Europe’s biggest clubs. I’m happy.”
Cristiano Ronaldo’s possible move to Juventus is dominating the headlines in Italy, and Politano was inevitably asked about that.
“It would be important to have a champion like that in Italy.
“Would we be playing for second place if he arrives? Seasons are long, Juventus start with the advantage but we’ll all play for it.”
