Perotti set for Saudi switch

Reports claim Roma winger Diego Perotti is closing in on a move to Saudi side Al-Shabab for a minimal fee.

According to Il Tempo, Al-Shabab have offered Perotti a contract worth €2.5m and Roma only need to sell him for €2m to avoid a capital loss.

That is backed up by Saudi journalist Tariq Al-Nofal, although he suggests the Giallorossi want €3m for the 31-year-old, whereas Al-Shabab are currently at €2.5m.

Perotti has fallen down the pecking order at Roma after a string of injuries and poor performances.
