Giampaolo Pazzini admits Verona are “indebted to our fans” and targets a result against Roma.
The Butei are currently bottom of Serie A, and haven’t won a single game since the start of the season.
“The first half of the season was really difficult in a lot of respects,” Pazzini admitted in an interview with Sky.
“Nobody expected that we’d find ourselves in this situation, but we’re not giving up and we’re not letting anything go.

“Our fans are unique, we’re indebted to them and we hope to give them some satisfaction. We need results.
“We mustn’t give up, we have to work and look for points everywhere. On Sunday it’ll be a tough game against Roma, but we have to try to take some points.”
Pazzini only moved to Stadio Bentegodi in the summer, but insists he doesn’t regret his choice.
“I’m delighted with the choice I made. No-one expected to be in this position, but it doesn’t change my assessment.”
