Hellas Verona top scorer Giampaolo Pazzini has been diagnosed with a right calf strain, announced the club.
A statement released this evening confirmed the veteran has suffered a Grade I lesion to the right calf muscle.
The recovery time is not yet known, but is expected to be at least a couple of weeks.
Pazzini is 35 years old and still banging in the goals, as he is Verona’s top scorer this season with four in just nine Serie A appearances.
