Fiorentina’s Manuel Pasqual will “evaluate” offers from big clubs, confirmed his agent after Roma and Milan interest.
“I am aware of the transfer rumours that have appeared in the papers over the past few days, but Fiorentina haven’t contacted me and nor have any other clubs,” agent Gastone Rizzato told Tuttomercatoweb.
“I get the impression that there has been some contact between the Viola and other clubs. If there were to be an offer from a big club, then we’d evaluate it, otherwise Manuel is very happy in Florence.
“The rapport between Manuel and Fiorentina is so good that negotiations for his renewal are separate from the classical canons of the marketplace. That is why there hasn’t been contact yet.
“It is Fiorentina’s policy not to offer more than a one-year renewal to players over 30, but Manuel has a clause that guarantees automatic renewal if he reaches a precise number of appearances during the season.
“I get the feeling that either Manuel will leave during this January window or he’ll remain at Fiorentina for next season too.”
