Goalkeeper David Ospina has admitted that the semi-final tie with Inter is still “wide open” after Napoli’s 1-0 win on Wednesday.
A Fabian Ruiz goal in the 57th minute decided the game and gave the Partenopei an advantage ahead of the return leg at the San Paolo next month.
The 31-year-old wants to focus on “one game at a time” and has encouraged the Partenopei to follow up the big result against the Nerazzurri.

The 31-year-old wants to focus on “one game at a time” and has encouraged the Partenopei to follow up the big result against the Nerazzurri.
“We knew it was a very important game for us,” Ospina told Rai Sport. “I compliment our team. We dealt with the difficult moments of the match. I think we have to take one game at a time.
“After the defeat against Lecce, we had to put our heads down and make up for it. We must continue like this.
“Now, let’s think about the next game [against Cagliari]. The tie [in the Coppa Italia] is wide open, because we know the quality of Inter. We will have to deal with it like we did today.”
“It’s strange that we are doing well in the Champions League and the Coppa Italia this year.”
Ospina believes that the result against the Nerazzurri could help lift their performances in Serie A, where they currently sit 11th and are 12 points behind the top four.
“We have the quality to reach the top in the League too. There are many games left, we must face them with the right attitude,” he said. “I believe that the result will change in the League after this game against Inter.
“It allows us to keep it up in the League. We have the experience to get the results.”
