Emiliano Viviano has joined Sampdoria from Palermo on loan with a compulsory purchase clause.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper was being sought after by the Blucerchiati on a permanent basis, and the Rosanero confirmed the deal has been sealed via a statement on their site.
“US City of Palermo communicates that they ceded to Sampdoria the player Emiliano Viviano, in the form of a loan with a compulsory purchase clause,” reads the statement.
