Sassuolo have officially signed Serbian winger Filip Djuricic from Sampdoria on a free transfer.
A statement on Sassuolo’s official website confirms Djuricic has put pen to paper on a four-year deal with the club after his Sampdoria contract expired.
The much-travelled 26-year-old can count the likes of Benfica, Anderlecht and Southampton as his former sides and spent the second half of last season on loan at Benevento.

He appeared in 15 out of a possible 18 Serie A games for the relegated Stregoni, but his performances were not enough to warrant him a place in Serbia’s World Cup squad.
