Reading FC have announced the signing of Inter striker George Puscas for €8m plus €2m bonuses this evening.
The Romania international has already signed the contract to June 2024.
His salary is believed to be worth €1m per year.
There had been interest from other Premier League clubs, above all Birmingham City.
The 23-year-old came up through the Nerazzurri youth academy and spent the last few seasons on loan at Bari, Benevento, Novara and Palermo.
Last term, he scored nine Serie B goals with three assists.
