Monaco have officially taken Brazilian talent Carlos Vinicius on loan until the end of the season from Napoli.
The 23-year-old Brazilian had been on loan at Portuguese club Rio Ave for the first six months of this campaign, where he scored 14 goals in 20 competitive appearances.
“I’m so happy to have this opportunity to play for Monaco,” the striker told the club website.
“I’m looking forward to meeting the staff and my new teammates, so I can give my best to help the side.”

Napoli purchased Vinicius from Real SC in Portugal for €4m in the summer of 2018, but he immediately went out on loan to Rio Ave.
