As expected, Milan have confirmed the purchase of Yacine Adli, although he will remain on loan at Girondins de Bordeaux for the 2021-22 season.
The 21-year-old creative midfielder had his medical today and completed the transfer for €8m plus up to another €2m in bonuses.
Bordeaux had initially rejected that proposal, but accepted once the Rossoneri offered to leave Adli in France for one more season.
He put pen to paper alongside directors Ricky Massara and Paolo Maldini on transfer deadline day, signing a contract that runs to June 2026.
A product of the PSG youth academy, he moved to Bordeaux in January 2019 for €5.5m.
He has five goals in 72 competitive games for Bordeaux.
Milan made several late signings, also picking up Junior Messias on loan with option to buy from Crotone, Tiemoue Bakayoko in a similar deal from Chelsea and Pietro Pellegrini on loan with option to buy from Monaco, although that could become an obligation if certain conditions are met.
