Official: Brest sign Inter forward Satriano on loan

Ligue 1 side Brest have signed Inter forward Martin Satriano on a six-month loan deal.

The 20-year-old Uruguayan forward reportedly signed a contract renewal in recent weeks, committing his future to the Nerazzurri, and so this loan spell will be important as he looks to fight for a spot in the first team.

As announced in an official statement, Brest signed Satriano on a six-month dry loan deal, meaning that he’ll return to Inter at the end of the season. The player will be hoping for regular minutes in the French topflight in order to continue his development.

The 20-year-old Satriano has made four Serie A appearances this season under coach Simone Inzaghi, for a total of 33 minutes. His most recent game was an 18-minute spell in the 4-0 win over Cagliari last month.

Inter signed Satriano in January 2020, in a deal worth around €2.4m. The club are hoping to repeat the Lautaro Martinez transfer, being patient and developing a talented young South American forward.
