Nzola in yet more trouble with Spezia

Things go from bad to worse for M’Bala Nzola at Spezia, as after he was substituted after 10 minutes due to an ear-ring malfunction, he was reportedly thrown out of training following a row with teammates.

The Angola international hit the headlines when he was introduced as a substitute during the 3-1 home defeat to Inter.

The referee spotted he had an ear-ring on and asked him to remove it, but the striker spent 10 minutes on the touchline fiddling with his jewellery to no avail, until coach Thiago Motta lost patience and substituted him with Janis Antiste.

Nzola was not in the squad for the next Serie A game against Torino and is likely to be dropped once more because Cittadella della Spezia report he was excluded from training today following a verbal row with one of his teammates.

Spezia are due to play Lazio this weekend and have practically secured their Serie A status for next season.
