The tactician has now confirmed that he has been let go, with Davide Ballardini set to return in the club’s ninth change of Coach this season.
“I can confirm that I’ve been relieved of my duties,” Novellino told Calciomercato.
“All I can say is that I’m very disappointed and saddened. Thank you to the lads, the fans and the directors.”
