Commisso blocks Nico Gonzalez transfer to Juventus as Inter step up Gudmundsson chase
According to Corriere dello Sport, Commisso is unwilling to sell Nico regardless of the potential purchase of Albert Gudmundsson from Genoa.
However, according to Sport Mediaset, the decision may be related to Fiorentina’s struggles to sign the Iceland international.
The Italian broadcasters and Gazzetta, claim that Inter are still interested in Gudmundsson and remain in the race to sign the Grifone ace.
The pink paper suggests that the Nerazzurri may try to get Gudmundsson on a loan swap deal involving Marko Arnautovic even if the Austria international’s salary is too high for Genoa.
Talks between Inter and Genoa have resumed while Nico Gonzalez does not seem close to joining Juventus anymore.
