Napoli could face a legal fight with Amin Younes, as the Ajax winger doesn’t want to honour his pre-contract agreement.
The German international has already signed a five-year deal with the Partenopei, which has been filed with the Lega Serie A and will take effect on July 1.
However, it now appears that he doesn’t want to move to the San Paolo, having pulled out of a January move, ostensibly due to his grandfather’s ill health.

Today Tuttosport is reporting that Younes is looking for a way out of the contract, which could result in a legal battle.
Napoli are trying to avoid that, so sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli will try to immediately sell the youngster in July, looking for a fee of at least €10m.
