‘Napoli, lower Gabbiadini price’

Manolo Gabbiadini’s agent warns Napoli must lower their asking price “or risk taking a bath on him”.

The Partenopei are keen to sell the forward this month, but Southampton, Wolfsburg and West Bromwich Albion have been put off by the €23m asking price.

So far the Neapolitans have stuck resolutely to that figure, but the player’s agent warns they must lower their demands, or risk losing money on the Italian international.

So far the Neapolitans have stuck resolutely to that figure, but the player’s agent warns they must lower their demands, or risk losing money on the Italian international.

“If they don’t lower their demands to €16-18m, they risk taking a bath on him,” Silvio Pagliari warned on Radio Crc.

Napoli paid €13m to sign Gabbiadini from Sampdoria, but he would be worth significantly less in the summer if he spends the next six months on the bench.
