Napoli hope for Politano revived

Sassuolo have for the first time opened the door to sending Matteo Politano to Napoli, according to Sky Sport Italia.

Until now, the Neroverdi have been absolutely adamant in their refusal to even discuss selling Politano in the January transfer window.

However, according to Sky transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio, today the two directors of sport spoke on the phone and for the first time there was some potential for negotiations.
