Sky Sport Italia report that Antonio Conte will now not be announced as the new coach of Napoli until Tuesday or Wednesday, but it is confirmed there is no release clause.

The tactician and his lawyers worked out the final details of the deal and it has all been agreed, so now it is just a waiting game.

While it had been reported that Monday morning was the day for the announcement, now Sky Sport Italia maintain it has been postponed to Tuesday or Wednesday.

Conte committed to Napoli

It is set to be a three-year contract worth circa €6.5m per season plus performance-related bonuses.

While there were suggestions over the last few days that he wanted a release clause to let him leave after just one season, multiple sources are now confident there is no such clause.

After the signature has been confirmed, there should still be a formal presentation at the historic San Carlo theatre in Naples.

Meanwhile, RAI Sport suggest that Conte has already chosen the system he will use with the squad next season, adopting a 3-4-3 formation.
